Gluing up the paneled sides & doors...
After the parts have all been cut, routed and rough sanded, it's time to glue up (assemble) the Hoosier cabinet's paneled doors and sides. Grain patterns for each style, rail and panel are carefully chosen and matched to their counterparts to give the best overall appearance when assembled.
Wood working glue is then brushed onto each joint and the piece is then clamped tight to form a joint that when dry, is stronger than the wood itself.
